What it is
Pre-ordering gives you a chance to beta test all of our games, hear about new games in advanced, and see content before anyone else.
Why?
Creating a game costs a lot of money, and pre-ordering helps lighten our share of the bill. When this entry was written, the cost to run the web server and the Tatsumaki early beta server was over $200 a month. There is no doubt that this amount will increase exponentially as we progress through development - and since we're an independent team, we can't pay for all of this by ourselves.
What do I get?
After your pre-order goes through, you gain access to our 'Ninjitsu Master' forums, a special 'ninjitsu master' user title, as well as hidden content on eyesoute.com over a week before anyone else even knows about it.
You also gain the ability to beta and alpha test our games in advanced, as well as the having a share in what goes into the games, and when. While we're not willing to drastically change the game based on user input, we do listen to our users.
Important Information
While pre-ordering does offer you a number of months of free service once the game launches, as well as access to beta testing - we ask that you not pre-order unless you want to support development. The beta access was added to the pre-order plans as a way to compensate those who help us, and the plans were not created to control who gets into beta testing.
When this article was written, the game was in an early stage of beta testing, and as such - does not currently feature any advanced game elements. More information regarding the state of the game, can be found here.
In closing, do not pre-order just to play the game, please only pre-order to support development. Like it says above, the game is currently in development, and while you do have access to beta testing - please do not pre-order for the sole reason of joining the testing.
